Cairns Glass Splashbacks

Cairns glass splashbacks are hot right now. Not literally of course, they are designed to withstand the heat generated by ovens and stovetops, but as a design feature, they bring a touch of modern styling to your kitchen, bathroom, laundry or feature wall. Glass splashbacks have become increasingly popular and enhance your property’s appeal and value.

Cairns Glass and Glazing specialize in glass splashbacks, handling everything from the design and installation, to colour matching and/or replacement. As the glass specialists, we provide the right advice on what you need to get the most out of your glass splashback. Let’s start at the beginning.

Glass Splashbacks: Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Painted glass splashbacks should be kept clean and free from surface contaminates
  • General cleaners recommended for glass are suitable as cleaning agents
  • Sponges, chamois and soft clothes may be used, but must be rinsed regularly to remove any foreign particles that may scratch or mark the glass surface
  • Note: products similar to steel wool, scourer pads etc must not be used in any circumstance, as they will permanently damage the product surface
